The Ultimate Sea-Doo Jetski Experience : 

You will need to allow half a day with us, approximately 4 hours. Our Morning session runs 08.30 – 12.30 and our afternoon session runs 12.00 – 16.00. Within this time frame you will receive a safety briefing and video onshore, training on the craft in the marina and then a further session in Poole Harbour before exiting the harbour and exploring the coastline.

Suitability of participants, below are some examples of customers types who may be subject to an increased level of risk when travelling on board small, high speed craft. Should any of the below apply to anyone in your booking going on the water please contact our office as soon as possible :

– Someone with a history of back or spine conditions or injuries

– Those suffering conditions resulting in decreased bone strength

– Any pre existing injuries which impact my cause additional problems

Yes. We have priced our experiences so we do not need to operate with large groups of people. Singles can book onto a experience and will just pay the one person on one jetski price, you may even find yourself on a 1 to 1 scenario with our expert Instructors. Our ratios are a maximum of 3 Jetskis to one instructor and with two instructors on the water we can accomodate up to 6 customer Jetskis on any one trip if a larger group.

Yes, we require all customers (both drivers and passengers) wishing to take part on an experience to be able to swim and be comfortable in deep water. 

Yes, you will need to speak fluent English to undertake our Jetski Experience. This is purely down to safety and your ability to understand the instructor and instructions being given. If you or any of your group do not speak fluent English you maybe interested in our Powerboat Experience.

No. All our jetski activities require an instructor present on a separate jetski for safety and insurance reasons. If looking to ride regurlaly without an Instructor please take a look at our New Wave Club Jetski Memberships

Each Experience consists of one instructor on the lead rescue jetski and three other jetskis available for customers. Therefore groups can vary from 1 to 6 people (2 per jetski) maximum per instructor. For groups of 7 or more people please take a look at our Group Activity Options Page.

This is totally down to you, you can either take the option of riding solo on a jetski* or sharing with a friend, partner or family member. When there are two people per jetski the instructor will give plenty of time for both people to experience the thrill of both driving and being a passenger by swapping you around during the experience.

*To ride solo on a jetski you must be 18 years or older.

To drive the jetski solo you must be 18 years or older. Anyone aged 14 – 17 is able to drive the jetskis on a trip but must be accompanied by someone over the age of 18 on the same jetski. 14 is the youngest age we allow as a passenger on our experiences. The rate for and adult and a 14 – 17 year old is charged the same as two adults sharing a jetski.

We need to try and operate in the safest possible conditions. Often we don’t know until 48 hours before if we might need to postpone due to unsuitable weather conditions. If we have to postpone your Experience we will simply rearrange it for another suitable date or organise a refund minus £15 to cover admin and card processing fees.

Your safety is our primary concern so we provide you with full safety equipment including a buoyancy aid, helmet and wetsuit. All you need to bring is some swimwear for underneath your wetsuit, a towel and some shoes to wear when walking between the the changing rooms and jetskis.

Yes we only operate our experiences on a weekday as we reserve our fleet for our New Wave Club Members on weekends.

Our Jetski Safari Experiences run from early April through to late September, our RYA Jet Ski and Powerboat Training Courses run all year round, please visit our sister site www.jetskiandpowerboattraining.co.uk for full details.

Yes we have free parking on site for the duration of your experience.

No unfortunately we only offer our premium private tailored half day option as advertised.

We also offer our Jetski Membership Club or our Full day RYA Jetski Training Course.
